We primarily work with OpenPhone, which most of our clients use. It's $15/month per user and we can help you set it up if you're not on it yet. If you're on a different system, mention it on the discovery call and we'll confirm compatibility.

The current system operates on your main company phone number and primary email inbox — the central lines your business runs on. The AI routes and books calls to the appropriate sales rep based on listing assignment and availability. Per-agent individual inboxes and phone lines require a different architecture that we're actively developing — if that's a priority for you, let's discuss it on the discovery call.
The AI receptionist calls and SMS messages send automatically — that's the whole point. Email replies do not auto-send; they're saved as drafts in Gmail labelled "AI-Drafted" for you to review and send yourself. You stay in control of all outbound email.
Yes — after 3 months you're month-to-month and can cancel with 30 days notice. The minimum exists because it takes about 60 days to see the full value of the system. We want you to give it a fair run before deciding.
We revoke all access to your systems immediately on cancellation. Any data we store (call logs, lead records, configuration files) is deleted within 14 days of your request. Your Salesforce, Gmail, and OpenPhone accounts are fully yours — we never export or retain your business data.
